about speed reading? How can you read faster?

I know and have read a lot about how to read quickly through exploration of the text and not focus on one word for word, but looking at the whole sentence or word so many at once. but the point is that I try to read fast and moving the eyes in other words, but still somewhat hinder my speed and even the words they can not understand or I can but it takes a second or two to discuss in my head and then follow my fast hinder the edge in speed reading process. How I can overcome this problem and speed up my reading while I can collect and retain information necessary?
